Through which inbound faxes are delivered to a recipient’s inbox or network folder so they can be accessed by a personal computer or mobile device. Faxes can also be queued on a network printer for customers who require printed copies. Outbound faxes are sent using client software, web browser, or existing email client.

Multi-Tech - FaxFinder 4-Port T.37 Fax Server Part# FF430 – NEW is a complete, economical, easy-to-use network fax server. The Multi-Tech FF430 allows you to send and receive faxes from your computer. When connected to a station port on a PBX, the FaxFinder functions as a network fax server with two way fax service. Multiple PBX extension numbers are dedicated to incoming fax traffic which is routed to the FaxFinder.

The FaxFinder converts the incoming faxes into graphic files that can be sent as email attachments, to a network share, to a printer or even to trash. Because faxes can be delivered in the form of email, the fax recipient could be at any reachable email address. For example, a sales person could receive faxes while traveling by using a regular company fax number and picking up the email messages remotely. Each fax-dedicated PBX extension number can be associated with a particular email address.
