The well-made NEC UNIVERGE APN-91 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) Cable 680063 is an EHS cable for connecting selected Wireless Plantronics Headsets and DT330/DT730/DT750. 

Includes:

• EHS Adapter Cable, which connects between the cordless headset base unit and the headset jack and 8LK connector on the DT430/DT330/DT830/DT730/DT750 Endpoint.
• Microphone which attaches to endpoint housing above the speaker (for detection of ringing)
• Replacement cover for the endpoint’s side option connector
(provides a notch for the EHS cable)
Cannot be used on endpoints that are equipped with the
8-Button Key Assembly (8LK 680014 / 680015 or
660014/660015).
The associated DT330 Endpoint requires firmware 1.xx or 8.xx. Does not require the TR-1 Adapter (750660).
