The Sony SNCDH210TW Mini-dome 1080p HD Vandal-resistant Camera (White) features a 1/2.8 type progressive scan "Exmor" CMOS sensor that has low noise characteristics offering improved image acquisition, and a 3 MP fixed lens. It offers 1080p HD picture quality at up to 30 fps, and detailed Full HD progressive images that have more information, are more stable to view, and can be compressed efficiently.

The SNC-DH210T Mini-dome HD Vandal-resistant Camera provides enhanced quality pictures and event detection, which are useful for gathering evidence. The vandal resistant housing provides the camera enhanced protection against violent attacks, enabling it to operate in high-risk public environments.

Depending on the light level, the Electrical Day/Night function switches the camera between Day and Night modes. The SNC-DH210T Mini-dome HD Vandal-resistant Camera supports H.264, MPEG-4, and JPEG compression formats, and offers dual streaming capability. H.264 compression helps reduce video file sizes without compromising on the quality and integrity of images. It uses the Stream Squared function to transmit two 4:3 aspect ratio videos in user-selectable resolutions up to SD simultaneously, and offers an alternative to replacing 2 SD cameras placed in a line.

The SNC-DH210T Mini-dome HD Vandal-resistant Camera is DEPA and ONVIF compliant. DEPA is a combination of the rules/filters that determine when an alarm should be triggered or when image recording should begin, and the camera’s built-in intelligence. ONVIF-compliance provides flexibility for building multiple vendor systems, and also ensures system interoperability.

Auto White Balance adjusts the red and blue signals in the MWB mode by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. An analog video monitor can be connected to the camera via the analog monitor output. PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability allows power to be supplied to the SNC-DH210T Mini-dome HD Vandal-resistant Camera via the same Ethernet cable that is used for data transfer, making installation easier and efficient.
