The high performance SPECO SPC15T is an 8" Weatherproof PA Speaker with a 70/25 volt line transformer. This device also has 70-volt line wattage taps for 15, 10, 5, 3, and 1 watts. Other than the volt line it also has a frequency response of 250 to 15 kHz with a sensitivity of 15 watt nom/30 watt maximum. For this item, a mounting bracket is included.
