Tempo OWS202 Optical Wavelength Splitter, 1490/1577nm

The Tempo Communications OWS202 Optical Wavelength Splitter is capable to measure the exact optical power level of 1490nm and 1577nm wavelengths on XGPON and NGPON2 networks. It is used to separate wavelengths and measure individual signal levels. This low-cost solution works well with a standard OPM, eliminating the need for an expensive DWDM or CWDM optical power meter. It supports 2 individual wavelengths, with the optical insertion loss typically 0.1dB (max 0.27dB) and return loss <-60dB. The low return loss will not disrupt the network. The unit features SC/APC connections.
